Parking Lot Lightning

I found a coin by the curb
Held it up like a little sun
You were laughing with your bag
Half zips at the day had just begun
Your shoe got wet from the broken pipe, mine got dust on the toe
We stood there like we owned that block for a minute, moving slow
And that's where that small stuff stays
The bent up cap, the milk crate race
You looked at me like you knew
Somewhere in all that noise
I was talking to you
Parking lot lightning, hit me right there
Parking lot lightning, moved me from the air
One little spark and
I was gone
Parking lot lightning, kept me holding on
Kept me holding on
Holdin' on
Holdin' on
